Lydia Finnimore
Lydia is an associate solicitor heading our employment department and working with the dispute resolution team. She has experience of dealing with domestic and international cases for both individuals and companies. Lydia has previously worked at both international and regional law firms; handling cases heard in the County Court, High Court and a variety of Tribunals.
Lydia provides comprehensive employment advice to both employers and employees on wide range of employment issues including:
- Discrimination;
- Dismissal;
- Compromise agreements;
- Bullying and harassment;
- Grievances and disciplinary hearings; and
- Drafting employment documents, confidentiality agreements, post termination issues, policies and handbook updates and Health and Safety.
Lydia’s recent dispute resolution experience includes Judicial Review proceedings, injunction applications, fraud cases and neighbour disputes. Lydia speaks Spanish and assisted on a multinational High Court case involving parallel proceedings in Spain. Lydia is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
