Laura Jennings
Laura our Private Client Consultant practices in all areas of Family Law, Employment and Wills and Trusts.
She has gained a varied array of experience in Family matters including child proceedings, cohabitee separations and civil partnership dissolutions. She is a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association). She adheres strongly to the Resolution Codes of Conduct, which means following their ethos and striving for practical, fair solutions for clients and their families.
Her experience drafting Wills includes high net-worth estates with several properties, as well as complex trusts, living wills and power of attorneys. She offers personable services and Wills tailored specifically to your needs.
Her experience in employment issues has developed significantly in the last twelve months where she has taken several claims foward against and for some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the city. She has had a proven track record in settling these cases and those that have gone to a Tribunal hearing have all concluded successfully.
Laura has a degree from Southampton University and obtained her Post Graduate Diploma and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Outside of the office, she attends dance and military fitness classes and loves a bit of a boogie!
